Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Covington, KY.Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as an individual contributor within the Customer Solutions team
• Lead complex analysis efforts for high-impact initiatives, shaping solution direction and driving measurable business outcomes
• Partner across business and technology teams to translate strategy into execution, ensuring delivery of solutions that improve customer experiences and operational efficiencies
• Day to day, you will work closely with a team of cross functional and dedicated team members (product, technology, legal, compliance & risk partners) responsible for delivering specific business goals
• Senior Business Analyst will perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure the traceability of test cases
• Take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with Business and IT Product Leader(s)/Manager(s) to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization
• Familiar with tools such as Confluence, MIRO, and concepts like story writing and backlog management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information to influence key stakeholders such as Subject Matter Experts, product and technology teams and other business partners
• Proficiency in business requirements methodologies, including current and future state analysis, use case development, requirements and solution documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and work management or delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
• Effective meeting disciplines, identifying and confirming key attendees, setting and communicating agendas, facilitation, documenting key discussion points and outcomes, and identifying deliverables, owners, and target dates
• Willingness to coach and guide lesstenured associates through mentoring and knowledge sharing

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
