Answering Service Manager Midwest Answer is hiring a full-time Answering Service Manager to lead our dedicated team of customer service professionals. This is an on-site position, not remote. We are a 24/7/365 answering service that handles inbound calls for a wide range of clients across the country. Our agents provide professional supportno sales callswith a strong local presence. We pride ourselves on teamwork, flexibility, and delivering exceptional service.
