Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
• Monitor and manage food and labor costs, budgets, and P&L to hit financial targets
• Uphold and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional hospitality and resolving customer concerns promptly
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution, quality control, and inventory management
• Implement operational systems and SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager
• Proven track record of managing P&L, labor costs, and food costs in a restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Experience in full-service, high-volume, or upscale dining preferred
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
