• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
• Call Ratio: 1:6
• Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10
• Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 12-15
• Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1
• Other Cardiologists Present During our Locum's Coverage
• Locum Physician Required to Supervise 4 APCs
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
• Procedures Required: Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
• Provider must be Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified (this is for Advanced Heart Failure, the provider will not perform any invasive procedures) - [REQUIRED]
• ACLS - [REQUIRED]
• AHF Fellowship - LVAD experience - [REQUIRED]
• Local providers - [HIGHLY PREFERRED], local candidates will be placed with higher consideration, but open to reviewing full travel providers.
• DEA - [REQUIRED]
• Active VA license - [REQUIRED]
• Temps can be offered - must have clean background to be considered.- [REQUIRED]
• A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - [REQUIRED]
