Lead Material Handler

Material Handler LeadCresco Labs is seeking a Material Handler Lead to join our Fall River, MA facility. This individual will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory of supplies within our warehouse. This role will assist in organizing supplies, and implementing systems to ensure efficient distribution of products.Core Job Duties:Manage daily procedures including receiving, inspection, repair, and stock replenishmentResponsible for ownership of performing cycle-counts; success will be measured by inventory accuracyPrepare bills of lading for LTL shipments and ensure correct quantities against work ordersOperate sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, reach truck, order picker and RF unit during all receiving processesUtilize RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activitiesGenerate and process receiving paperwork using company WMS systemEnter applicable data in WMS for receiving and product availability/location within facility for put awayMaintain outside processing materials record and report through scan and email all processing documents with corresponding emails for 3PLAdhere to all safety guidelines and regulations regarding the shipping, receiving and storing of fuels and chemicalsSupport continuous improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy, receiving accuracy, warehouse organization, material flow, space utilization, safety, and operational efficiencyIdentify, document, and communicate shortages, overages, damaged materials, incorrect shipments, and other receiving discrepanciesOther duties as assigned by managementRequired Experience, Education and Skills:3+ years' experience in warehousing or inventory control position, required.Understanding of relevant warehousing and inventory techniques, requiredWorking knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office productsExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedureEffective time-management skills and ability to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environmentPay Range $21.50 —$21.50 USDCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.
