Looking to build a career in a skilled trade? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Welder Trainees — no prior experience required. This is a great opportunity to learn welding through a structured, paid training program and transition into a full-time role.

Job Details

• Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Location: McConnellsburg, PA

Post-Training Shift Options (Must commit to one)

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• Shift Differential: Additional $1.75/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Training Program

• 7-week paid training on 1st shift
• (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Hands-on welding instruction and skill development
• Final weld test upon training completion
• Successful candidates advance to a full-time Production Welder position

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17–$22 per hour
• $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees
• $500 after 3 months
• $500 after 6 months
• $500 after 12 months
• Double-time pay for Sunday work

Work Environment

• Production welding with repetitive parts
• Combination of team-based and independent work
• Dress code: Jeans, steel-toe boots, and a clean work shirt

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr.
