Location: Omaha, NE; Fargo, ND; Sioux Falls, SD; Irvine, CA or other Eide Bailly marketsWork Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid (near Eide Bailly location)Typical Day in the LifeThe Senior Microsoft Solution Architect serves as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, leading the design, positioning, and delivery of Microsoft-based business solutions across Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI technologies. This role bridges business strategy and technical architecture, helping organizations modernize operations, drive digital transformation, and maximize the value of their Microsoft investments.Working closely with sales, delivery, Microsoft, and client stakeholders, the Solution Architect leads discovery workshops, develops solution strategies and roadmaps, supports pre-sales activities, and provides architectural oversight throughout engagement lifecycles. The role also contributes to practice growth through solution development, thought leadership, marketplace offerings, cross-practice collaboration, and mentorship of consulting teams.Successful candidates combine deep Microsoft technology expertise with strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 depending on experience/location/level.
