and is hiring a professional, personable

Client Representative

to support our growing local business clientele. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on client relations, account support, business communication, customer service, and relationship management. No previous client-facing experience is required. Dream Innovations provides hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help new team members strengthen their communication skills, understand client needs, and confidently support business accounts.

As a Client Representative, you will work directly with local businesses and professional clients throughout the Memphis area. You will assist with account communication, service information, client questions, account updates, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management while helping create a positive and professional client experience.

Client Representative Responsibilities Communicate directly with local business clients in a professional and personable manner Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing accounts Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and service requirements Provide clear information regarding available products, services, programs, and account options Assist with client onboarding, account updates, and ongoing account support Respond to client questions and help identify appropriate solutions or next steps Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and business accounts Support customer acquisition and new client relationship development Maintain accurate records of client conversations, account activity, and follow-up Stay informed on client programs, service updates, promotions, and internal procedures Communicate client feedback and account needs to appropriate team members Support local business outreach and relationship-building initiatives throughout Memphis Collaborate with team members to provide a professional and consistent client experience

Client Representative Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Available to work

full-time and on-site in Memphis, TN Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable speaking face-to-face with business owners, professionals, and customers Strong attention to detail and follow-through Positive, coachable, and team-oriented Ability to manage multiple client needs while staying organized Willingness to learn new client service, communication, and account management skills

Previous experience in customer service, client relations, account support, hospitality, retail, business development, communications, administration, or sales may be helpful but is not required.
