Available Shifts

First Shift

• Schedule: 5:45 a.m.–2:45 p.m.
• Starting pay: $16.50 per hour
• Additional production-based bonus opportunities

Second Shift

• Schedule: 3:45 p.m.–12:45 a.m.
• Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
• Additional production-based bonus opportunities

Position Summary

The Pallet Repairer is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding wooden pallets according to established quality and production standards. This is a physically active position that requires the safe use of hand tools and pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets for damaged or missing boards.
• Remove and replace damaged pallet components.
• Repair pallets according to company quality standards.
• Safely operate nail guns, hammers, saws, pry bars, and other tools.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Stack and organize completed pallets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull wooden pallets and materials.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
• Previous pallet repair, construction, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

Employees receive a competitive hourly wage based on their assigned shift. Both shifts also offer opportunities to earn additional production-based bonuses.
