What You'll Be Doing: As a Leasing Professional, you'll do more than help people find apartments—you'll help create a place they can proudly call home. From attracting and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process to completing move-ins and building lasting relationships, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community. Compensation and Incentives Excellent Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance, and Long/Short-Term Disability Retirement Plan: 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off: 10 Holidays per year and sick leave Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Schedule subject to change based on business needs. What We’ll Expect from You Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
