• 14 on 14 off schedule -- 7 am - 7 pm shifts
• 12 - 14 patient encounters per day
• Adult inpatient psychiatry setting
• Consults in ER, medical/surgery units, and women's hospital
• Telehealth assist to a nearby hospital available
• Common cases: substance withdrawal, mood and psychotic disorders
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
