Optum is seeking a Behavioral Health Advocate to improve enrollees' stability in the community and facilitate access to services. The role acts as a clinical liaison between health plan staff and the clinical network, supporting Medicaid members in Suffolk County. The position is field-based (80% in-person with enrollees at hospitals, facilities, or homes) and 20% remote.
