Job Description:

• Utilizes basic hands-on computer knowledge. Demonstrates clinical competence in relevant areas of acute care nursing.
• Provides patient-centric customer service with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Floats between assignments as needed to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, and documents information accurately.
• Remains calm and focused during stressful and emotionally charged situations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


• Good oral, written, and communication skills.


• Must be able to continuously prioritize multiple duties.


• Must be familiar with medical terminology.


• Communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills required.


• Employee conduct must reflect professional standards as expected in a healthcare setting.


Education:


• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience:


• 1+ year of applicable PCT experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:


• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
