We have an exciting opportunity within our Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit for a Senior Manager, Contracts. We are seeking an experienced dynamic and results-driven person to develop contract strategy and execute within the Space, Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (SISR) Sub-strategic Business Unit (SSBU).While owning contract management/administration actions on proposals and contracts across the acquisition life cycle for US Government Defense and Intelligence contracts, the candidate will also experience developing and managing new commercial business. This position will be for an individual contributor role supporting program area directors and is well suited for a highly motivated, well-organized person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. This position will report directly to the Associate Director, Contracts and will need to collaborate closely with program management and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities will include supporting program execution, leading key pursuits, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing contractual guidance, developing Intellectual Property strategies and novel contracting approaches, as well as developing creative approaches to solving problems and creating innovative solutions while employing strong change management and communication skills.Will also participate in the development and growth of commercial opportunities, products and contracts. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
