Registered Nurse Case Manager - Hospice Job Locations: US-GA-ATLANTA, US-GA-ATLANTA, US-GA-TUCKER Job Summary Office Location: Lawrenceville, GA. Coverage area: Atlanta, Midtown, Mid Atlanta, and Tucker. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus one major and one minor holiday.
