Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years minimum License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT or CCI RCIS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred. - Experience in travel positions required. - Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred.

Description: Schedule includes weekend shifts as part of call requirements. Candidates must be available for 5 weekdays and 1 weekend call every 6 weeks. Floating within facility and scope of practice may be required. Orientation consists of 13 hours, which are non-billable. The clinical screen will determine candidate's fit. If passed, candidates will be reviewed by the manager for final decision. Maximum request for time off is 7 days. Travelers are expected to work one major holiday if it falls during assignment. If two major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work both. For three major holidays during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work two of them. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Full compliance is required to start on time. Compliance documents must be completed within specified timeframes. Modules may be required during the orientation process. Candidates must be proficient in various procedures and techniques as outlined in job specifications.
