MDS Registered Nurse

Franciscan Ministries is seeking an MDS Registered Nurse to coordinate and oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will complete and audit MDS assessments, ensure accuracy of clinical documentation, and support care planning to optimize resident outcomes and regulatory compliance. Working in a collaborative, faith-inspired environment, you’ll partner with interdisciplinary teams, educate staff on MDS requirements, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that uphold dignity, compassion, and respect for all residents.
