Opportunity for professional growth and long-term partnership potential Pay: $156,294 - $250,709 per year Requirements License & Certification: Licensed dentist, DEA Registration Software Experience: Dentrix Clinical Experience: Emergency Dentistry, General Dentistry, Molar Root Canals, Tooth Extractions Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dentist with 1+ years of practice Postgraduate & Specialty Residencies: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Job Description Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively Administer local anesthesia and perform oral surgeries such as extractions with precision and aseptic technique Implement infection control protocols adhering to HIPAA regulations and OSHA standards to ensure patient safety Use dental imaging tools and medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Provide pediatric dentistry services when necessary, demonstrating expertise in pediatrics and working comfortably with children Salary Details Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.
