•Support Staff: Multidisciplinary Community Health Center Staff
•Specialty Backup: Specialist Referral Network Available
•Case Mix:
- Preventive care - Acute illness - Chronic disease management - Family medicine - Community health, and health maintenance
•Procedures:
- Physical examinations - Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions,
- Medication management - Ordering/interpreting laboratory - Diagnostic studies, referrals, preventive medicine - Behavioral health integration - Patient education, and healthcare maintenance
•Office Equipment: Standard Outpatient Clinic Equipment
