Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring CV experience and a compact or LA RN license.

Details

• Operating Room unit with 7 rooms handling 10-25 cases per day
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Call required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Weekend rotation of 2 weekends per 6-week schedule

Requirements

• Active RN license (LA or Compact) required
• BLS certification required (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• CV experience required

Additional Information

• May be assigned to an Emergency Team requiring on-site presence during emergency events
• Holiday coverage required for 2 of 4 designated holiday periods: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
• Green scrubs provided
• First-time travelers considered if they have sufficient OR experience
• Must reside 65+ miles from the facility to qualify for the travel position
