WHAT YOU'LL DO Work as part of a team on water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects Set up and operate restoration equipment Perform mitigation, demolition, cleaning, and restoration services Communicate with customers, supervisors, and teammates Maintain clean and professional job sites Take care of company vehicles, equipment, and tools Follow company procedures and safety standards Step in and help wherever the team needs you WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You show up dependable, prepared, and ready to work You take ownership of your responsibilities You help your teammates without being asked You communicate and solve problems instead of pointing fingers You take pride in doing things right You treat customers, their property, and your teammates with respect You are coachable and want to improve You don't have a \"that's not my job\" mentality You understand that the team's success comes before individual credit WHO THRIVES HERE We're looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and wants to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and is building something great together.
