Customer Service – “The difference maker”

• Deliver personalized and professional customer service, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
• Drive customer satisfaction by adhering to American Star and agency best practices.
• Respond to inquiries about coverages, billing, claims, and coverage solutions.
• Efficiently process changes and requests to existing accounts.
• Act as a liaison between the agency and business partners, such as Broker partner relationships.
• Assist customers with claims by helping them navigate the claims process to avoid confusion and expedite settlement while following established claim follow-up guidelines.

 

Agency Operations – “The heartbeat of the operation”

• Utilize calendar and CSR software effectively to manage appointments, tasks, and customer interactions.
• Understand resources and be a productive contributor and problem solver during team meetings. 
• Facilitate seamless communication between customers and internal teams to support agency operations.
• Collaborate with agency staff to ensure customer service efforts align with overall agency goals.
• Enhance operational efficiency by accurately processing customer requests and maintaining organized records.

 

Insurance Cross Sales – “Turn policies into portfolios”

• Engage in cross-selling activities to maximize customer value and agency growth.
• Develop customer accounts by identifying additional opportunities for service and additional solutions. 
• Ensure quoting accuracy by utilizing all available discounts and providing comprehensive proposals.
• Present proposals confidently, showcasing the benefits from the customer’s point of view. 
• Demonstrate the confidence to seek assistance and collaborate with team members when necessary to enhance service delivery and personal development.

 

Education/Licenses/Designations

• Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products. Property, Casualty, and Life
• Valid driver’s license required
