Pay Breakdown:

• Weekly Gross: $2,050
• W2: $22.35/hr.
• Stipend: $1,246 Weekly

Requirements

• GA State RCP license - Required
• Minimum 1 year of recent RRT experience - Required
• Experience in Teaching Hospital.
• Current BLS AHA, ACLS, PALS and NBRC (RRT) certifications - Required

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a collaborative respiratory care team in Columbus, GA . This position provides respiratory care across all patient care areas, primarily serving adult patients with Pediatric intubated patients). The ideal candidate will have at least one year of respiratory therapy experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.

 

Duties

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and assessments
• Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Occasionally perform EKGs
• Assist with endotracheal intubations (independent intubation not required)
• Operate and monitor a variety of respiratory equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality patient care.
