Schedule : Full-Time; Schedule may vary based on operational needs. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required as needed.
Pay Rate : $20/hr

Training Coordinator Requirements/Qualifications:

• Resume required
  
• Interview required
  
• Background check must be completed and approved before starting
  
• Must have a good work history
  
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment required
  
• Prior training experience required
  
• Experience developing and delivering training programs preferred
  
• Experience writing and maintaining SOPs preferred
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
  
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
  
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  

About the Training Coordinator Role
As a Training Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading new hire orientation including company culture, safety procedures, and job-specific training
  
• Developing and improving warehouse onboarding programs to support employee success
  
• Providing hands-on training for fulfillment processes including picking, packing, labeling, and inventory procedures
  
• Identifying training needs and providing instruction to improve accuracy, safety, and efficiency
  
• Maintaining training records, certifications, and employee training matrices
  
• Creating, updating, and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  
• Partnering with Operations, Quality, and Inventory teams to reduce errors and improve processes
  
• Conducting floor observations, audits, and compliance checks to identify areas for improvement
  
• Evaluating employee readiness before independent work assignments
  
• Tracking training effectiveness through audits, performance metrics, and error trends
  
• Supporting cross-training opportunities to improve warehouse flexibility
  
• Recommending retraining and corrective training actions when needed
  
• Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
