Call Center Representative

Womens Health Associates a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH), an industry leading network of medical providers in the women’s health field, is adding a full time Call Center Representative to their team. This role is the first point of contact between patients and providers. Respond to incoming calls while always providing outstanding customer service. Answer patient questions and provide information regarding office hours, procedures, and directions. Schedule appointments and provide follow‑up calls. Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and support. Manage multiple calls and perform tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with call center software, EHR (Athena preferred) and basic computer skills. Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
