Now Hiring: Field Service Technician II Must live in Twin Falls or Boise, Idaho (or nearby Must live within 1 hour of a major airport (Boise preferred No sponsorship available at this tim e About the Role The Field Service Technician II plays a critical role in installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining cup filling, cup fill-seal, liquid filling, capping, and packaging machinery at customer sites across North and South America, with occasional international support. This is a hands-on, travel-intensive role ideal for technicians who know cup-filling and fill-seal equipment, thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical problems, and want to work directly with customers on high-value industrial equipment. Read) You must reside in Twin Falls or Boise, Idaho, or the immediate surroundi ng areaBoise airport access strongly preferred for rapid dep loymentCandidates outside this region will not be considered for this pos ting What You'll Be Doing Install & Commission Equipment: Start up new and refurbished cup filling, fill-seal, capping, and packaging machinesTroubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control issues to minimize downtimePLC Diagnostics: Modify and debug PLC logic as needed (Allen-Bradley primary, Siemens secondary) Customer Support: Train operators and maintenance teams; support trials, upgrades, and format and cup-size ch angeoversPreventive Maintenances: Perform inspections, upgrades, and reliability imp rovementsDocumentation: Complete detailed service reports and provide root-cause feedback to engineer ing teamsCollaboration: Work closely with Electrical Engineering, Project Teams, and Global Servi What We're Lo oking For: Cup filling and fill-seal experience strongly required (cup, dairy, or food filling-sealing machinery a major plus)OEM or machine-builder field service background on filling, capping, or packagin g equipme ntHands-on Al len-Bradley PLC troubleshooting and logic modification (Siem ens a plus)Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including pneumatics a nd controlsComfortable working independently at customer sites and training custome r p personnel Associate degree in Electronic Technology or related fieldEquivalent hands-on experience may substitute for for mal education Based in Twin Falls or Boise, IdahoShort-not ice deploymentsWeekends and extend ed onsite staysMust hold a valid d river's licenseMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industri #FieldServiceTechnician #CupFilling #FillSeal #IndustrialAutomation #PackagingMachinery #FillingMachines #CappingMachines #PLC #AllenBradley #SiemensPLC #IdahoJobs #BoiseJobs #TwinFallsJobs #AutomationJobs #TravelCareers #ManufacturingJobs #EngineeringJo #J-18808-Ljbffr
