Client Success Associate (Entry level) - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships
Ensure the successful and timely delivery of solutions tailored to client needs and objectives
Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives
Identify new opportunities for growth and collaborate with sales teams to drive success
Assist in managing challenging client requests or escalations with empathy and professionalism
Support various administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, system updates, and schedule management
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing client relationships, ideally in hospitality, client success, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask effectively and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Empathetic understanding of client needs and the ability to offer thoughtful solutions
A proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing challenges as they arise
