Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions, including but not limited to orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders

• Implement and modify physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to exercises, modalities, and activities, to meet individual patient needs and goals

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy : Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Current Licensure : Current licensure in the state of New Hampshire

• Experience : 0+ years of experience in a physical therapy setting
