Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional orthodontic care, and this role plays a key part in creating a seamless, positive experience for every patient, from their first call to treatment acceptance.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and confident in patient communication, scheduling, and working closely with the treatment coordinator. This position works closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and excited about their care. Schedule for the Receptionist:

• Monday: 8:45AM - 6:00PM

• Tuesday: 7:45AM - 5:00PM

• Wednesday: OFF

• Thursday: 7:15AM - 4:30PM

• Friday: 10:00AM- 4:00PM

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Receptionist:

• Strong customer service, scheduling, and communication skills required

• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor

• Previous orthodontic experience is preferred but not required

• Familiarity with Dolphin and Weave software is a plus

• This role will serve as an admin floater and will be cross-trained throughout the department

• Answer incoming calls for both existing and new patients

• Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries and intake

• Schedule consultations and coordinate appointment availability

• Work closely with Treatment Coordinators to verify insurance and document patient notes accurately

• Request, scan, and upload X-rays and patient records into the system

• Send patient paperwork and follow up on online consultation requests

• Communicate cancellations and scheduling changes while helping maintain an efficient schedule
