This Director of Nursing leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical assessments, resident wellness, medication management, care planning, regulatory compliance, and the daily operations of nursing and caregiving services. Working closely with residents, families, physicians, and community leadership, you will help ensure exceptional senior care and a high-quality resident experience.Supported by experienced Regional and Corporate leadership teams, you will create a culture of collaboration, clinical excellence, hospitality, and compassionate care. The ideal candidate brings nursing leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior living and is passionate about developing teams, supporting residents, and delivering outstanding care services.Your Typical ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall compliance of clinical services & programs including accuracy of medication administrationWorks collaboratively and facilitates communication with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties and internal care teams to deliver quality resident careWorks efficiently to complete timely resident assessments and to develop and initiate the care and service planSupports and assists in day-to-day care and clinical needs as neededConducts interviewing and hiring, evaluates employee performance, provides coaching and employee training, and delegates assignments for all direct reportsMinimum QualificationsActive LVN, LPN or RN license required - RN preferredMinimum two years nursing managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (ALZ) or Senior Living communitySuccessful demonstration of exceptional organizational, communication, & customer service skillsAbility to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends as neededConsistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the communityAbout the CompanyFounded in Houston in 1997, Belmont Village is an integrated developer, owner, and operator of high-quality senior living communities, with more than 5,000 employees and 5,000 units.
