Pay: $70/hour & up (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

8 AM–8 PM with rotating Saturdays, 8 AM–4 PM

What You'll Do

As a provider at HealthCARE Express, you'll care for patients of all ages, treating a wide variety of illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced urgent care environment. Your day will include evaluating patients, performing examinations and minor procedures, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications when appropriate.

Beyond patient care, our providers play an important role in leading and supporting their clinic teams. We value providers who communicate effectively, lead by example, and create a positive environment where everyone works together to deliver exceptional care.  This position also offers a leadership opportunity by partnering with our administrative team and fellow clinic lead to support communication, team engagement, and progress toward clinic goals. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, taking initiative, and helping turn shared goals into action.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

At least two years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making clinical decisions, and helping guide a team while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first approach.
