A healthcare facility just outside Lovelock, Nevada, seeks a Registered Nurse Manager for its Women's Health and Services department.

Offering $105,000 - $172,000/annually + Sign-On and Relocation Assistance

Registered Nurse Manager Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Registered Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

• Enforce hospital policies, comply with federal and state healthcare regulations, and oversee departmental compliance.
  
• Manage department budgets, monitor medical supply inventory levels, and support efficient department operations.
  
• Ensure safe, high-quality care for mothers and newborns by upholding clinical practice standards and guiding department care practices.
  

Registered Nurse Manager Qualifications:

• Must have an Active Nevada RN license or a Compact RN License
  
• Must have previous nursing experience
  
• Must have previous nursing leadership/management experience
