You will exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. By working closely with other installation technicians, installation coordinators, warehouse/inventory managers, and sales managers, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals.Job Responsibilities:Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process.Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.Proficiency in working with various tools and diagnostic equipment.Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Why Join Us?Competitive Salary: We offer a salary range that reflects your experience and skills.Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision as well as 100% employer-paid short/long term disability, and AD&D insurance.
