The Industrial Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of system-controlled robotics, machine tools, and equipment. Essential responsibilities include identifying and evaluating the condition of equipment, determining strategies to repair and rebuild, owning preventative maintenance and extensive repairs, diagnosing problems, planning and completing work required, identifying and ordering parts, maintaining and modifying machine tools, conveyors, process equipment, facilities including spindles, pumps, motors, guarding, drives, bearings, lead screws including lubrication fluids and coolant. Requirements include an associate's degree in a mechanical discipline or a high school diploma/GED with military machinist training. The hourly base pay range for this position is $35.68 to $43.89. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for contractually negotiated general wage increases and COLA increases. This position is also eligible for a night shift bonus of $1.00/hour. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
