Financial Solutions Advisor – Stage I (FSA I) Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by leveraging Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Obtain and maintain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials, Series7, and Series66) and provide comprehensive, client‑centered advice in a phone‑based or in‑office environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, build, and manage a portfolio of client relationships. Identify client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions. Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ full financial needs. Maintain accurate client records and comply with all regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series66 exams; acceptable alternatives include holding SIE plus 63/65 in lieu of 66. Demonstrated self‑discipline in time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong peer‑relationship building, communication, and collaboration skills. Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interest in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology. Desired Qualifications Holder of FINRA SIE license. Bachelor’s degree or one year of financial services or sales experience. Schedule & Compensation Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; 1st shift (United States). 40 hours per week. Hourly rate: $28.85–$33.65, based on experience, education, and skill set.
