Job Summary: The Program Coordinator I is responsible for physician onboarding (Task Executor) - executes standard processes, works with supervision, focuses on accuracy and timeliness. Direct Report Responsibilities: This position has no direct reports. Duties/Responsibilities: Physician onboarding, program support, special projects as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team High attention to detail Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks with guidance Leadership Attributes: Must have problem-solving mindset Strong drive for results Excellent verbal and communication skills Excellent Business partnership and Customer Service Skills Education and Experience: 1 (one) year of healthcare preferred Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000 (depending on experience) Physical Requirements: This is a hybrid role, and the employee is expected to be in the office 3 to 4 days per week, subject to manager approval.
