We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Grower to join our cultivation team in Northeast New Jersey. Applicants must have prior hands-on cannabis cultivation experience and a solid understanding of plant health, irrigation, nutrients, pest management, pruning, harvesting, and compliance with state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Daily plant care from vegetative through harvest
- Monitor irrigation, nutrients, and environmental conditions
- Identify and address plant health issues
- Perform pruning, trellising, defoliation, harvesting, and drying
- Maintain accurate cultivation records
- Follow all New Jersey cannabis compliance and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Previous cannabis cultivation experience is required
- Knowledge of indoor cultivation systems and environmental controls
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
- Must be eligible to work in New Jersey's regulated cannabis industry
