Facility Supervisor (1st shift, Mon-Fri)

Facility Supervisor (1st shift, Mon-Fri) The role of the Facility Supervisor is to lead, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of Maintenance Assistant(s). Responsibilities include facility buildings and grounds (campus), associated support equipment and minor preventative maintenance. This position will assign tasks to responsible personnel, coordinate maintenance requests with peer supervisors, while overseeing the timely and accurate completion of work assignments. In addition to grounds, this position will assist in preventative maintenance and upkeep of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and wastewater management. The Facility Supervisor provides support to capital projects, manages outside contractors, and contributes to the facilitation of process repairs. At all times, this position will ensure the physical safety of the campus buildings and grounds while adhering to a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors.
