About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to take on a pivotal role in owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for its AI-powered product suite. This suite is central to the company's mission of delivering cutting-edge customer and employee experiences at scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for making key decisions about product development, including what to build, buy, or partner for, and will be expected to create a unified product roadmap that is coherent and trusted by both business and technical stakeholders. The role demands a leader with a strong background in product management, particularly in a senior or head-of-product capacity, and a proven track record of shipping software products within a large, complex organization. Experience in AI or machine-learning products is highly valued, as is the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, with a focus on building and delivering software products. The role requires a candidate with deep product craft, the ability to influence without authority, and a strong bias to ship. The ideal candidate will have a background in a product leadership role with heavy IT, security, or compliance dependencies, and experience in evolving commercial and pricing models for software in a services or enterprise context. The Head of Product will be expected to lead a team of over 20 product managers, fostering a culture of excellence in product management.
