Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform ventilator set-up from neonate through adult.
• Administer high-flow therapy in NICU settings.
• Perform nebulizer treatments, nitric oxide, and Flolan therapy.
• Conduct EKGs and interpret results for effective care.
• Utilize BiPAP and Bubble CPAP therapies efficiently.
• Ensure comprehensive respiratory care coverage across all units.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification needed.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
• Experience in ER/CCU and NICU Level 2 environments essential.
• Proficiency in EKG procedures and interpretation required.
