Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for shopping? We're on the hunt for an Assistant eCommerce Manager to join our awesome team! You'll be the wizard behind our online grocery platform, ensuring our customers have a magical shopping experience. Your mission involves coordinating with various departments, overseeing daily operations, and conjuring up strategies to boost online sales. You'll assist the eCommerce Manager in running the show, address customer inquiries, dive into data to uncover trends, prepare performance reports, and lead a team of in-store shoppers to ensure orders are picked and packed efficiently. About the Team

Pay Transparency:

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation Pay or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
