Description:
- Supports testing and control of raw materials and finished product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable government regulations
- Perform independent audits and inspections of Burst House testing operations for Air Cooled products, including helium, and pressure based leak testing as applicable
- Verify proper execution of leak checks, burst tests, and posttest inspections in accordance with approved work instructions, control plans, and engineering specifications
- Validation that test results, pass/fail disposition, and rework actions are accurately recorded
- Monitor and verify containment activities related to leak failures, burst test failures, and supplied components impacting test performance.
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Engineering to Communicate audit findings
- Support and enforce ISO 9001 quality system requirements and internal audit standards
Experience/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree
- Experience in a technical field.
- Working knowledge and experience with Oracle and SAP.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
