This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, allowing you to earn between $40,000 and $50,000 per year , depending on performance. Overcome concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism. Close sales and help clients secure the right coverage. Generate referrals and nurture long-term client relationships. Requirements Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred Not Required to Start Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for personal and professional development. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Sales-driven and goal-focused, with a desire to exceed expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
