The salary range is $75,000 - $87,580 depending on education and experience. $3,000 Sign-on BonusDevereux Massachusetts serves children and adolescents with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In the role of Assistant Clinical Director, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to clinicians and case managers who are working directly with youth diagnosed with mental health and behavioral challenges. In addition to being a member of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will also serve as a critical consultant to the Clinical and Center Leadership Team. We are looking for someone who is interested in being intensely trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
