Our Building Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program is a 6-month development program designed for recent engineering graduates looking to launch a career in technical sales.
\n \n\n
From day one, you'll be paired with a dedicated mentor and supported by a nationwide network of sales professionals. Through classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions, you'll develop the technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills needed to succeed in a high-growth sales career.

What You Will Do:
\n \n\n

- Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program \n
\n
- \n
- Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions \n
\n
- \n
- Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities \n
\n
- \n
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners \n
\n
- \n
- Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability \n
\n
- \n
- Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes \n
\n

What We Look For

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027 \n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills \n

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively \n
\n

- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency \n
\n

- Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree \n

- Internship, co-op, engineering, sales, or customer-facing experience \n
