Experienced Pool Service Technician

Aloha is expanding to Duncanville and seeking an Experienced Pool Tech to hit the ground running and manage their own route and daily schedule! This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate that wants to be responsible for their own route and manage their day. At least 1–2 years of experience, CPO Certification is a plus! Responsibilities Daily stand‑up meeting with the team. Clean 10‑13 pools per day (checking chemistry, balancing, brushing walls, skimming, blowing off pool area, emptying skimmer baskets, vacuuming). Finish routes early to allow free time in the afternoons and evenings. Maintain a clean and clear pool environment year‑round. Qualifications At least 1–2 years of pool cleaning experience.
