Exciting Opportunity for a Behavioral Health RN!

Job Description:

- Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
- Specialization in Geriatric Psychiatry

Qualifications:


- Must possess a valid AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification.
- Hold a PERMANENT Ohio or Compact nursing license in hand at the time of submission.
- Minimum of 12 months of behavioral health experience in a short-term acute care hospital (NON-PSYCHIATRIC facility).
- Experience includes Milieu Management, Medication Management, Assessments, and Documentation.


Requirements:


- One recent reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
- No co-worker references will be accepted.
- References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
- Active required certifications in hand at the time of submission.
- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start (updated annually for non-nurse roles).

Additional Information:


- Local candidates welcome!
- You will participate in an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate during orientation. Achieving an acceptable score on both assessments is necessary.
- Complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing the contract.
