Industrial Production Line Coordinator Is this you?

Your mission

1. Own the plan: convert production requirements into assignments that align to VWI and current job procedures.
2. Keep the signal strong: communicate across levels, partner with previous/next shifts, and sync with cross-functional teams.
3. Protect the product: react to abnormalities fast, manage process quality, and verify fixes.
4. Close the gaps: build and track countermeasures for DT, quality, KPI attainment, and safety.
5. Grow capability: ensure adequate training, coach performance, and keep documentation accurate and updated.
6. Adapt and deliver: take on other duties or projects as assigned to meet business needs.

Team leadership and accountability

• Hold associates to safety, quality, and conduct standards.
• Verify work is performed per VWI and procedures; intervene when it’s not.
• Recommend and provide training to close performance gaps.
• Coach, develop, and participate in counseling to elevate team performance.

What you bring

• Leadership background with formal problem-solving experience.
• Clear, effective communication; collaborative and improvement-minded.
• Comfort with robotics/automation (preferred), plus continuous improvement participation.
• Manufacturing environment experience; High School diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on capabilities: soldering; warehouse and packaging experience.

Physical capability

• Stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers, climb stairs, and reach with arms and hands.
• Lift and move 10–30 lbs on a periodic basis.
• Vision: close, color, peripheral, distance, depth perception, and focus for product examination.
• Ability to travel by car or air.

Decision authority

• Lead and participate in corrective actions when needed.
• Work with the Supervisor to determine team member placement.
• Stop production if safety or quality issues arise.
• Request process changes—with prior approval—covering equipment, software, and more.
