Senior HVAC Project Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC projects from design to completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors
• Serve as the main client contact, providing clear communication and responsive service
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and optimize performance
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure a smooth close-out process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership abilities
• Strong technical knowledge xhyhwjd of HVAC systems and codes
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
