How You’ll Contribute Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Be responsible for the completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate QI assessments. What We’re Looking For Current RN license in the state of North Carolina and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification within 30 days of hire. One year of nursing experience preferred. Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and de‑escalation skills. Ability to remain calm and effective in high‑pressure situations. Commitment to patient‑centered, compassionate care.
